The interview process was very informal and conversational. The HR representative is very approachable and easy to talk to. Friendly dialogue. She asked me information pertaining to my resume, the gaps of employment, and my past job duties. Make sure to do your research on the company and ASK QUESTIONS before the interview is over.

Was told i was over qualified, 4 weeks later I had a start date. I started and was informed that I would need to take thier personality test and score wouldn't factor into decision. I worked for 2 weeks the called and told they didn't need that position.

Interview
Great interview with several upper management people at the company. They all made me very comfortable during the whole entire interview process with all the follow ups from Human Resources. They also made me take a caliper test to determine if I would be a fit for that position.
