Ask basic interview questions, like "Why are you interested in this position?" . Then continue with more involved questions, like "Tell me about a time when you had to face an irate customer".
Ask questions to tie the candidate's experience into what your company needs.

Very quick, they would hire anyone who could talk on the phone basically. I was called for an in person interview with 2 lead supervisors, called the next day for the job.
