It was very quick. I submitted my application via a job fair and was contacted the next day for an interview. The interview consisted of learning about the company interviewing with 5 employees. After interviewing, I heard back the next day about the offer. OVERALL, FAST RESPONSE AND GREAT INTERVIEW PROCESS.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherpa Clinical Packaging (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I submitted an application and received a phone interview within 2 days. They asked about basic background information in the call. I then received a phone call a couple of days later to setup an interview a week later. The interview was with 3 different people the marketing manager, sales manager, and HR. The interview took a couple of hours and was pretty straight forward with questions and process. After that I received another phone call for a follow up interview with just the marketing manger which was a week later. The interview went well and was just more in-depth questions to learn more about me.

Interview
HR phone screening. In-person interview with VP of Operations, Marketing Manager, and HR. Then a follow up interview with the Marketing Manager. This progress took about 3 weeks. Heard back about 3 weeks later. Dissatisfied with the lack of responses to follow-ups and the lack of enthusiasm from interviewers.
