Sherritt interview questions

3 panel interview with 1 HR, 1 CI Manager & 1 Analyst. Questions revolved around relevant work history as well as a lot of abstract topics and a focus on LSS. The department itself is "lead" by HR (red flag) and "managed" by a former government employee with no relatable industry experience (another red flag)

There are 4 rounds: HR interview, Excel test, Panel Interview, and SVP Interview. Only HR interview is via phone. The others are in-person. The 3rd round is the toughest interview with Finance Director, Finance Manager, and HR Manager.
