The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in June 2009
Interview
The hiring and interview process are all very basic. Be honest and truthful with your responses. I had an one on one interview with the district manager. After the interview I was provided with papers that I needed to go and visit several other SW stores to speak with management about the day in the life of. Once that was completed inform the DM and set up another interview. The second interview the DM and HR guy was there. This is usually a good sign!

Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
