the interview for the Sales Associate position is not too rigorous. It is a series of questions intended to gain knowledge of how the employee would react to certain situations that happen often in the work place. Upper management is generally pleasant and respectful although I've heard of a few tough District Managers.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
