Interview
First I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The next step was an in-store interview with a store manager which was mainly a tour of the store and what the job consists of. Final interview was with a city manager at the district office. I got a call the day after my final interview with an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when someone on your team was not being productive.
Through and fair. Went over past experiences and relevant positions held. Also went over schooling and education plus related skills learned there as well. Also discussed soft skills possessed that would assist with the transition into the positions.

Interview
Applied online. Waited almost a month and got contacted by a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for a week later. That went well and then I scheduled a store visit, but that took a week because the store manager was on vacation. After that, I followed up with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with the district manager about 3 weeks later. I showed up to the interview, dressed well, spoke well, and holding relevant experience. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and the entire time the manager felt disinterested and distracted. At the end of the interview he followed by saying there are a lot of applicants and he would make his decision within 3 weeks.

Interview
Great process and fast feedback. Started with a phone interview and then an in store tour before having a one on one interview. Based around customer service experience and working with coworkers to resolve problems.
