Two-part process involving first online interview followed by meeting with hiring manager. Hiring manager was easy going and made sure I understood the whole process. The job required at least two years experience working in construction materials sales so make sure you know the minimum requirements.

What was my experience working in construction material sales?
It went well … straight to the point and the question weren’t bad and the interview was smooth. It on lasted for about twenty mins.. and the he offered me the position and asked when would I like to start

Interview
Initially there was an email notification to schedule the phone screening with HR. Next round was a Teams meeting with a hiring manager and team member. Final round was a Teams meeting with the hiring manager and the department director. An offer was made a few days after.
It is a very easy process and they help guide you through the whole interview. They want to see how well you will fit into their program. It was a very good interview process.
