They e-mail you to set up a time for a phone interview with and HR specialist. If they decide to pursue you, you will set up a store visit and interview with a store manager. The store manager will then report back to the HR specialist and district manager and if they want to continue the process will set up an interview with the district manager in your area. The district manager will then extend the final offer, if all goes well.
