I applied for this job online on the companies website, and was contacted for a phone interview about 3 weeks later. The phone interview was pretty basic and standard, they asked me questions like why I chose the company and what my future plans were and how my college experience was, and after that I had a store visit, and then a one on one interview with the district manager.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
