I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Normal, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
I attended my college's career fair and met with a hiring representative at that time. She was very informative and energetic. I was asked to attend a "Meet the Firm" event. Following a great, informational event, I was asked to follow-up for a personal interview. At this point, I met with the branch manager who asked about my background, education, and experience. He was very friendly, pretty funny, and passionate about the company. I was contacted the next day with notice that I received the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
