I called the store five times because the manager got a hold of me. He schedule for me to come in, judged me by appearance, told me I was hired, but had to wait for the background check. Two weeks later the results showed I wasn't a criminal.

This is a tough place for a girl to work at. Can you handle it?
You will have your own area to work with the clients who need help and you'll do minimal manual labor and/or work with the tinting process. You're here to help with Interior Design, and it's what you went to school for. Is that okay?
The interview process consist 3 -4 stages and the director asked the same questions repeatedly, even I said I can be adaptable. The last interview felt off tbh because it seems the person do not fully knew what the next interview process would be, which is strange because this person is not sure what will happen after that "third stage" interview.
