I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Warrensville Heights, OH) in Sept 2023
Interview
Interviewers were direct members of team associated with position and were amiable thoughout the entirety of the interview. Focused on previous technical experience and problem solving in prior positions. Interview unfolded into a conversation rather than answering questions which provided an oppurtunity to ask questions and talk about important highlights of experiences and ask questions for the interviewers.

Question 1
What was one problem you encountered during your past co-op rotations working on a team and how did you work though that problem?
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2022
Interview
Extremely unprofessional and awkward. There was supposed to be two interviewers online, but one was too busy running a lab test and didn't bother showing up. The questions were extremely specific to the company (science questions that the average college student would not know unless they specialized in paints) even though the point of the program was to allow entry level individuals the opportunity to grow and learn. Rejection email came after 8 months of the interview. Overall, not a good experience; would not recommend working or interviewing here. They do not value your time.
