Sherwin-Williams Process Engineer interview questions

Not difficult, as I was prepared and experienced for the role. Everyone seemed welcoming and the hiring process was very quick. Overall it was worth it at the time, the panel has about 4 cross functional managers.

Follows a written standard questionnaire process, with very basic soft skills scenario based questions. It was a group interview and the people involved were Plant, Maintenance and Production Supervisor, along with the HR lady.
