Shiekh Shoes interview questions

There were some questionable things that occurred within the business. Cost cutting measures and favoritism by upper leadership. Also the company went into so many directions, resulting in confusion amongst the team. Upper leaders power tripped often.

Even if offered the position I wouldn’t want to accept it. I interviewed for “Payroll Specialist” & the interview process was a mess. Had 3 people interview me at once & was told that because I didn’t have payroll experience it “wasn’t looking too good for me”. Why call me then? I have 4 years of prior management experience & 4 years of inventory control experience. I was instead offered a position in inventory control for $16hr which is a joke. My advice to the company is take time to review people’s Resume when interviewing & don’t waste people’s time.
