The whole interview process was easy and simple. There were several questions asking about how to shop, what to look for, and if you have had any experience. The questions were easy and to the point.

The online interview process was fairly quick and straight forward with about 4 or 5 questions to answer that were job relevant and the questions were no too difficult to understand and they were not too wordy.

They provided a synopsis of a shopping request and asked me to tell them what I would if the product is not available.
The interview process took 10-15 minutes and you had to record yourself responding to their questions. The questions had to do with customer service and shopping. You can re-record until you are happy with your response.
