Shipt UI/UX research intern interview questions

It took about two months after applying for the role for them to reach out to me for an interview. The process included a phone screen with the recruiter, a hiring manager interview with a senior UX Researcher, and a final round panel interview with the entire UX team. The communication was straightforward, but it did take them about two weeks after the final round interview to send me an automatic rejection email.
