Shipware interview questions

Long interview process with multiple people involved. Not a bad thing because it shows they are very selective on who they hire. Everything was done in person and a personality assessment is conducted at some point.

Started with a phone interview. Once they decided they wanted to learn more about me and my fit for the position, they did a video interview. From there, it was an "in-person" interview with the CEO and his Partner. They took a long time to decide, which I came to find was due to them being extremely picky on the people they let into their family. Which makes me feel more honored to be accepted here.
