If you were to run into Marc Lore in the office, soon after starting your position, and he asked about your category, how would you go about discussing its performance, what factors to consider, etc.

Interview
Super day style with three 30 minute interviews. One interview was general fit questions and very conversational, one was a case study focused on e-commerce pages and UX design, and the third was conversational but focused on evaluating the performance of an e-commerce page and other e-commerce specific questions. This was followed by conversations with the head of Jet recruiting and a happy hour. The whole experience was great and everyone in the office was very friendly and passionate about the company, the acquisition by Walmart/Jet, and all in all it was a great experience.
The office and surrounding area is beautiful and located right on the water walking distance from the TD Garden.
