Firstly their software engineering manager contacted me via Linkedin. We agreed to have a call next day, but he didn't call. After my reminder he called but not in convenient time. Few days later their HR called me, and process went much better. First stage was at their office, we talked with HR and that engineering manager about company, their goals, my background, processes, etc. Second was home assignment: design system and write nodejs CLI application. Given three days to complete. After few weeks of reviewing they came back and called me for two-rounds interview (1.5 - 2hrs, unfortunately they didn't want to split rounds) at their office again: First round was with back-end engineers: solving problem on board (string manipulation, array manipulation, design system), then was quiz based on their tech stack (nodejs, mongo, etc). Second round was with engineering manager again and project manager. It seems they didn't know what questions to ask, and decided to ask design solution again. At that moment I was not interested in interview and we finished it.
