There are many processes of the interview which take more than a month to complete. First step, you have to do the test. Second, if you pass the test HR will contact you via email to set a date for a quick short call. Third, you have to interview with the team and manager. Fourth, The team want to meet me in person for catch-up session like "get to know better". Fifth, you have to interview with CGM. Sixth, you have to interview in final stage with the Regional Team Manager, which ask about the technical questions. Seventh, Regional Manager want to talk about the expectation about the role and then they've just told me about the separation in the Merchant team, which currently separated into 2 sides, and the side that I applied the team already hired someone else. So for me, this isn't a professional way to explain about the separation of the team after I have gone through many stages for a month, the company has a lot of time to tell that they want the experienced candidate and they already have.
I applied online. I interviewed at ShopBack (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2021
