After successful coding round, got an email from the recruiter as
"The hiring team has carefully reviewed your experience and has decided not to move forward with your candidacy at this time."
which seems too off and upsetting, why bother having a coding interview then?

2. Technical Interview with Engineers. This step you will get a Medium-difficulty LeetCode question.
3. System Design Interview with Engineers. You will be given an open design problem, have to discuss to build a solution step-by-step.
4. Leadership Principles / Behavioural Round with an Engineering Manager. You are given contextual questions and asked what you've done in certain circumstances.
