HR reaches out for interview schedules and you get around 2-3 interviews. The interviewers are either leads or managers of the teams and they really focus on your understanding of the role. They also ask situational questions for easy scenarios and scenarios where you have to think beyond the box.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Shopee
Interview
I got an invitation thru a job portal, I had my exam at 11am and waited a bit for my initial interview.
The interviewer and the examiner are two different people.
My interviewer told me she would inform the examiner to contact me for the next steps because she couldn't find the my examiner, it was noon time so I think he is having a break. I tried replying thru the job portal but no response. I couldn't even get in touch with them because no contact number was given or anything of that sort, I was left hanging not even knowing the next steps or how long would it take. The process was messy. Wasted time.
The interview was a three-stage process. These levels test one's personality, which consists of personal and situational questions. The flow would depend on one's interviewer. All the interviewee needs to do is know the position he/she is applying for and be confident in his/her skills and credentials.
