I submitted my CV thru a job posting but an interview was only scheduled after an employee recommended me. The HR recruiter only confirmed my details and set our interview via phone call. On the interview itself, it started late but was very brief. They asked some basic questions and reviewed my CV. However, it was a complete waste of time as they were very disorganized and apparently they did not review my CV prior to the interview. It turns out that I wasn't a match for the job they recruited me for.
