Interview
I applied as as GLP online via Shopee's LinkedIn page. A day after or sooner, I got email saying I am shortlisted and invited to do a Q & A session. The same email explained that there are three rounds: 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, and 3.
Round 1A (online test) which I did consists of questions about GMAT, Math, and Logical Reasoning. It takes around 90 minutes to finish it. It will require a video response -- so you know you need to look professional on cam.
And oh boy, I tell you, it's hard if you are not prepared for it (which I wasnt, regretfully). There were basically questions you'd get at your senior high school years but honestly... I couldn't recall any of it.
But to be honest, they gave me three days to prepare for Round 1A. So if you would like to apply as GLP, you need to: (1) familiarize with GMAT online before the test; (2) prepare, prepare, prepare. Don't be like me who freezed in front of my laptop not knowing what to answer.

Overall smooth experience. HR replied emails fast. The interview is online. As a new grad myself, I didn't get any questions regarding academic or school projects. The questions are mostly about my internship experience. The HR was digging into one aspect of my resume, so it is really important to think deeper and broader about how you can answer questions regarding your past experience.
