A call with a senior position manager which went on for 30 mins. I was given a test with a few grammar related questions and also asked to briefly curate advertising content for some products.

The overall process was relatively quick and efficient, which I appreciated. The initial screening with the HR recruiter was a pleasant experience — they were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. However, I found the test that followed to be quite underwhelming. It didn’t seem to align well with the role I applied for, and I felt it didn’t accurately reflect my skills or potential. That part of the process could definitely be improved.
