I don't even have the words to describe what I went through during the interview process. Most definitely the most chill yet professional job-hunting experience in my life. Of course, I was a little nervous, but each interviewer made me feel comfortable. Kinda like talking to someone you've known for a while. 5 separate interviews in total. Questions were work related, while some were fun conversations about customer service. Questions weren't structured for yes and no answers. Shopmonkey really wants to get to know you. Even though all the interviews were done via Zoom, the authenticity of each interviewer came through. This was my first experience with a startup company. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

It took a littlbe biot more than I expected but I applied when the holiday season arrived, so the frame time was really smooth and allowed me to put my personal matters in order with plenty of time to be prepared.
