Corporate interview process, HR screener call felt sadly disrespectful, they sort of laughed at me during the call. Was disappointed by their unprofessionalism and complete lack of effort to get to know candidate or anything about my skills or career. No one followed up after the call, which is fine they clearly weren't interested, but it is always nicer to not just be left hanging.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shoppe Amber Interiors
Interview
Poor communication from HR, extremely lengthy process, disorganized with little to no sense of next steps (both HR and hiring manager). Required immense follow-up and had a few repeat calls because they were unsure as to where I was in the pipeline.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Shoppe Amber Interiors (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Did a Zoom interview where the HR person seemed like I was interrupting her watching a movie or something. She didn't even have her camera on, so who knows she could of been sitting at Happy Hour for all I know. It was like 5-6 questions and she seemed like she couldn't wait to be done with it. I received an email almost 2-3 weeks later to complete this large project. As another person posted,I completed it and got absolutely 0 feedback on this. How rude and lazy can you be? You ask people to do FREE work for you and can't even send an email that it was received. Then got the no thank you we've moved on email almost 2 months later. Clearly these people have no idea what their doing. PASS
