Interview
First, they asked me to fill out several forms which took me about an hour to finish. This included a sort of exam that contains a couple of essay questions. I underwent 3 interviews; 2 of which were conducted via video conference call. These interviews were probably scheduled 1 month in between each. During the interview, I was asked about my work background and was also asked personal questions which I found surprising but answered honestly nonetheless. The interviewers were nice and a recruiter was always available to respond to me over questions about my application.

it was a very lengthy process, almost a year before they decided to hire me with only 2 interviews. the questions were more on what I did; no behavioral type of questions; it was more on transactional things done in HR.
