Simple and in line with company goals of providing best customer service. Management was very informative with regards to what's expected upon being hired. It's not quite often they would offer a full time position so expect 15-20 hours per week.

Interview
I applied online and got a call a few weeks later. We sat down, she had me sign my application, correct some availability vagueness and had me fill out a criminal history sheet. The questions were easy enough, "why do you want to work here," "what do you see in a company to make it a good company," "how can management be good to their employees," "any past problems with management.." Strangely, there was nothing about what would make me a good employee or why she should hire me. Interview took 10 minutes max.
