The review process was straightforward and involved a few different meetings. It was nice to speak with a few different employees from the company, it helped to get a better sense of the culture and values of the company. Communication was direct and timely while not being drawn out. I felt they did a good job trying to match skill set and aptitude making a winning scenario for all involved.
