Shore Fire Media interview questions

Filled out the same long questionnaire and sent the writing samples everyone's mentioned. Went to two interviews, and like below first question from both was about what I'd change about their social media. Seemed confusing as one interviewer would say the position involved maintaining socials for example, and the second said it wouldn't at all. This was true for a number of questions I asked them.

Required to fill out a long questionnaire and provide writing samples before interview would be considered. Interviewers were quite rude, answering emails while I was speaking and getting up to file papers. I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and distracted.
