Do I know this isn't a fun place to work although it looks like it
It was easy, had a few calls with the team and came in for a task. Meeting with HR, my manager and the CEO was a good experience however I did feel like the process dragged out due to so many touch points.

Interview
I had a wonderful candidate experience during the interview process for the TA Lead role at Showpo. The role was explained clearly to me at the beginning of the process, including the challenges and the work culture/long term plans. I had my first interview (via video due to COVID) with my direct manager which was a great positive experience and then met Jane (CEO) and Waldie (CFO) as a second stage. I found their interview style refreshing, it was a quick process and i was thrilled to have been offered the role!
