Easy, if they need drivers you will get the job. No experience required to land the job. Boss is really nice and friendly. Know how to carry a conversation and you have the job.

Interview
Very short interview and straight to the point. Informal way to what I'm used to. The owner of the company was in the interview and asked very basic questions and brought the Engineering supervisor along to ask a few more questions about my experience.
