I applied online. I interviewed at Shuru (Noida) in July 2025
Interview
The whole process was smooth and practical. They focused more on real coding and less on tricky theory or puzzles, which I appreciated. The time limit in the first round was a bit challenging, but fair. The second round felt more like a conversation than a grilling session. Overall, a solid and well-organized experience.
The interview had two rounds:
1. Hands-on App Task (1.5 hours):
In the first round, I had to build a small app within 90 minutes. It was a timed task that allowed them to see how I approach real-world problems. The instructions were clear, and the evaluation primarily focused on coding skills and the app's functionality.
2. Technical Discussion (1 hour):
The second round wasn’t about the code I wrote in the first round. Instead, it was more of an open-ended technical conversation. We discussed real-world scenarios, how I would approach certain problems, design decisions, state management, and performance considerations. It felt more like a knowledge-sharing session than a typical Q&A round, which I found refreshing.
