Recruited by a 3rd party recruiter. Entire process from first contact until offer was about 2.5 months. Had 1 call with the recruiter, 1 call with current person in the position, and then onsite interview with 3 managers. Timing was about 2 weeks in between each step. Everything was casual. Got an offer the following week.
