Shutterfly Technical Program Manager interview questions

Applied online. Took 2 weeks for initial response of interest. I had an initial 45 min. phone interview with HR, then a 1 hour phone interview with hiring manager, then was asked to interview onsite for approx. 3 hours with hiring manager and his 6 direct reports in three separate 45 minute sessions. I was told HR would contact me early the next week. Almost 2 weeks later, I believe I was ghosted. I have written 2 emails asking for feedback to no avail. If you want to attract top talent, you really as a company need to respect your applicants time devoted to your hiring process. I am assuming I am no longer being considered.
