The interview was good, but it took 3 months to get an offer. Moreover, they knew my expected compensation and knew my background. However, it took 3 months to say that they could not offer what I expected and offered the package which was much much lower. The hiring manager and team were good but HR and structure did not support the growth and attract talents at all.
