My first interview was a panel style interview with 5 people including 2 research nurses, another Research Coordinator, the Research Manager and the Principal Investigator. It was approximately 45 minutes long.

How would you help make sure that DEI is a part of your team or environment
Panel style interview with both personal experience questions and situational questions pertinent to the job description. The panel consisted of PI, Research Nurse, Research Assistant and Research Manager and lasted approximately 30-40 minutes. Included time to ask the team questions

Interview
The process was quite simple. The interviewer was the PI for the project and asked about my goals, what I wanted to accomplish with my career, to tell him about a time I had to handle a difficult situation with a coworker, why I felt I would be good for the role etc. The downside was that they ghosted me with no response
