SCG is a small agency, so the interviews are usually very intimate. It's important to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit above everything else. Team wants to know that you can fit in the culture. Highlight that experience as well as you passion for brands.

There was nothing that came too far out of left field. It's more a presentation of yourself, what your professional goals are, and if it seems like a good fit for the culture, the process will develop from there.
