The interview went well, till you interested them. First of all I had a phone screen with the recruiter based in Leuven, which went well, and then a second one with a manager located in the US, and finally a last one with a manager based in Ireland. When the feedback was positive, the recruiter based in Leuven always came back to me quickly, within the next 2 days. However when I was expecting the final response, it took them more than a week and I needed to chase the recruiter, to finally hear "oh yes I received the feedback 2 days ago". Finally the offered me a role which was not the one I applied for.
