Het proces is heel vlot verlopen. Ik heb meerdere gesprekken gehad met verschillende managers en collega’s, wat een goed en compleet beeld gaf van het team en de manier van samenwerken. Daarnaast moest ik ook een rollenspel voorbereiden, wat een interessante en leerrijke oefening was binnen het selectieproces.
