After applying, the Hiring Manager contacted me immediately the next day, inviting me for a video call of one hour. It was a pleasant talk about myself and the role. During the call they invited me to come to their office to hold a presentation and more interviews, which I gladly accepted. When visiting the site, I found a team of six curious colleagues, who were very friendly, asked interesting questions and overall gave me a very good impression and feeling on the day. I received the feedback that they would like to hire me the same week and a formal offer a week after. Very personal, yet professional experience. The hiring process makes me look forward to working with them!

One round with HM and another round followed by a panel interview. It took almost 2 months to hear back which was not enjoyable at all to say the least.
