They sent me a link to do a video interview. No interaction with anyone during the interview. Just questions to answer to a web cam. No feedback like you would have during an interview with an actual person. Very soulless.

Two stages of filtration:
1- ATS CV filtration (keywords)
2- Videos interview + Human CV screening
The videos interview are three videos that you record on their website. Each video has a question that you answer in maximum of three or four minutes.

I was asked to submit a short video introducing myself and what industries I am interested to work in after graduating, telling more about myself and my activities during college
