Quick phone screening then interview with the hiring team (roughly 7 people.) Very efficient once the process began. Allowed for all the typical questions to be answered once; "why are you in the market, tell us about yourself" then the individuals were able to ask specific questions and the whole group could have the answers
Technical skills perfectly examined. From basics to advanced level of questions. the session started with a self-introduction and then regarding job title explanation, followed by the technical and behavioral questions
