I had an online interview with the head of department. Interviewer was nice, asked questions about my previous experience and explained the job. If I could pass the stage, they were supposed to invite me for a site tour and presentation. After two weeks I've got a rejection email, which only stated they decided to move on with some other candidate, couldn't get any feedback after all.

You are taken on a quick site visit of the facility. You are then asked to deliver a 10 minute presentation you were asked to prepare, after which you are asked competency based questions for about an hour.
