Met with several principals, really good understanding of the direction of the project. Some were formal interviews with a round-table discussion, some were more casual over lunch. I was given a wide perspective of the different stakeholders and what expectations they had for an incoming person.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Mishawaka, IN) in Mar 2021
Interview
3 rounds, 1st with hiring manager, 2nd with hiring manager + team (half day event), 3rd they were going to extend an offer but I asked to visit the site as I would be re-locating across the country, they paid for the flight and I interviewed with Hiring manager and the rest of the team.

Question 1
Tell me about a CAPA you worked on. What is your biggest work related accomplishment? Do you prefer working in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Quality Assurance? What do you think the expectations of each of the teams will be? Etc etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers
Interview
1 hr presentation with two group panel interview process. With a lunch session in-between.
The interview process was not very difficult and or the questions asked by the interviewees. My advise is if you want a cushy job and not do very much work, then this place is for you. If you are intelligent you will get "less intelligent" by working here.
