I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (New York, NY) in July 2018
Interview
I applied on their website. Had a good friend who works there and recommended them.
After a week a recruiter contacted by email to set up a phone call. The call was informative and specific to the role, projects and scope of work. A 2nd call was scheduled with the hiring manager who asked leadership, situational, and specific experience questions. I was the brought on-site to meet with the leadership team. Everyone was extremely kind, but focused on finding the "right person". I was given a tour of the facility and asked many situational and leadership style questions. Recruiter kept me aware of the progress and next actions - greatly appreciated since many companies do not do this!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Tarrytown, NY)
Interview
Started with a call and prescreen with the talent manager. This was about and hour and asked various questions from my résumé and other materials submitted. Reviewed job expectations, salary requirements etc. Second part was a phone interview with hiring manager. That was an hour phone call with various questions about my experience, expectations, and an opportunity to ask questions about the job. Third part was multiple one-on-one interviews where they used behavior based interviewing techniques. Each time slot was 45 minutes and each person asked various questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Last part of interview was final call with talent management.
