I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sight Machine (Ann Arbor, MI) in Nov 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about the Director of Support role at Sight Machine. After an initial call with the recruiter I had a call with the Chief Customer Officer, and then another call with one of the technical team members. Finally there was a panel interview with the CTO, the VP of Engineering, and the Head of Infrastructure. Overall the interviews were quite informal and handled professionally. Sight Machine seems like an exciting company with a lot of potential. Unfortunately I didn't get the offer but the interview experience was a positive one. I would recommend other qualified applicants to look into this company.
