Sight Scotland interview questions

I sent my application thru the website and I received an email inviting me to interview in the same week at a time that was convenient for me. The receptionist showed me where to sit and wait in the lobby and a few minutes later the manager came out to greet me. There were several people asking questions in the manager's room .The interview went well.
